Hazelnut cookies with coconut flour


1 cup of “Primal Taste” hazelnut butter

½ cup of honey

Coconut oil

2 eggs

1 teaspoon of baking soda


Vanilla extract

Dark chocolate chips


Add one cup of slightly melted “Primal Taste” hazelnut butter with 2-3 drops of coconut oil and honey (1/2 cup). Separately mix in two eggs, by slowly adding coconut flour (1/2 cup) and 1tsp of baking soda, pinch of salt and vanilla extract.

Put two mixtures together and leave in the refrigerator to cool down for 2 hours.

Roll the dough, cut in circle shapes and lay on a baking paper.

Preheat the oven to 170°C. Bake the cookies 10-12 minutes until they are golden brown.

For a better taste you can use dark chocolate chips.
